 St. Mark's

St. Mark's offers three unique worship experiences on Sunday.

 We welcome you,  however you like to Worship.

8:30 am

Communion

9:45 am

Contemporary

Traditional

Our Communion Worship service is a laid back traditional service finishing with communion every week. Traditional Hymns are combined with impactful  liturgy and teaching at the 8:30 service.

This service meets in the Sanctuary.

Our Contemporary Worship service is an upbeat, modern  service. Relevant songs are combined with new and exciting ways to grow and worship.

This service meets in

Fellowship Hall.

Our Traditional Worship service follows traditional United Methodist customs, with traditional hymns and a full choir.

This service meets in the Sanctuary.

Sunday School

St. Mark's kids meet for Kids Church in the Walker Annex. For Elementary Aged students, Kids Church is a fun, relaxing, and safe environment for your child to learn more about God. Kid's Church meets during the 9:45 and 11 am services.

Kids age 3 & 4 meet in the Nursery for Sunday School. Simple and impactful lessons along with fun games and crafts help teach our young ones about what we believe. Sunday School meets during the 9:45 and 11 am services.

Kids 2 and under can be dropped off in the Nursery. Staffed with childcare professionals, your child will have a great time playing and fellowshipping in our nursery. The nursery is open during all worship services.

St. Mark's youth meets at 11 am in the Youth Room ( Walker Annex) for Sunday School. At 12 pm the youth begin their weekly youth meeting.

Sunday School and Youth Group are for middle school and high school students.

 

St. Mark's has multiple opportunities for adults to study on Sunday morning.

At 9:45 am, the Agape Class, led by Russell Smith, meets in Race Parlor. Our longest running Sunday School class, the Agape class is an all inclusive, loving group who seek to learn more about Christ.

The Followers Class, led by Corey Haughland, meets at 9:45 am in the Conference Room. Join the Followers for vibrant discussion and in depth study.

The Differently Abled class, led by Bob Gray, meets in Zumwalt Hall at 9:45 am.

This class for special needs Adults provides a fun and safe place to grow and learn.

Music

Music is integral to life at St. Mark's. Our dedicated musicians seek to create a meaningful worship experience whenever they play.

 

St. Mark's Traditional Choir, led by director Stephen Jackson is a group of musicians who worship God through hymns, spirituals, and other impactful songs. Want to join the choir? Contact our choir director, Stephen Jackson.
